Farewell Tiffany!

It is with a heavy hard that we bid farewell to  one of CrossFit Boston’s best and brightest Tiffany Breyne.  Tiffany in my opinion is the model and standard of taking charge of their own development.  Few people I have every had the opportunity to train with have shown the capacity to adapt or the passion for training that she walks in the doors with every day.
We will miss you!
If you missed the party on Saturday I posted a link to some footage below…

Tiffany is one of the most determined and disciplined athletes I have had the opportunity to train with and train. She came in the doors of CFB with the worst mobility I have ever seen, yet sheer determined to excel at Olympic lifting. She would come in 1 hour before a 2 hr lifting class for mobility and stayed after and mobilized after a long session. Her mobility improved light years and she showed up EVERY WEEK, never missing a class. She never complained or made excuses. Unfortunately injuries set her back and it was necessary to limit these movements so she could heal. But none of these injuries kept her from trying to do what she could. Rowing with a foot in a cast , pressing, bench pressing, and still showing up being a big part of this community. CFB will miss you, I will miss you. I had a coach many years ago that preached “surround yourselves with people you want to be like” I try to do that personally and athletically. Through adversity I have watched Tiffany hold herself with integrity and grace. That is what I want to emulate and I have become a better person just knowing her. Thank You Tiffany for helping hold this community together and you will forever have a home in Boston at CFB.
