Congratulations! You have decided that you are ready to get into the best shape of your life. Now it’s time to fill out the contact form on the right of your screen.

One of our Professional Coaches will contact you and discuss your goals and what you are looking for from your fitness program. He will go over the program and its fees to make sure that what we offer fits your needs and budget. During this discussion together you and your coach will decide whether to set up a Consultation.

Take a moment and review our program fees.

During your Intro Session/Consultation you will meet your personal Coach and he will first explain our fitness program philosophy, methodology, and our application of functional fitness. Then he will look at your fitness strengths and limitations as well as evaluate your current level of fitness.

You should plan for this initial consultation to require 60-75 minutes and when you are finished you will understand how our program will work for you and get you Wicked Fit. For Life. While at the facility you will meet other members and coaching staff. This is our family and you will have the opportunity to see how welcoming it is.

Last we will ask for your commitment to begin the Foundation Training.

After your Consultation, you will then enroll into our Foundations Program. This program is designed to instill competency in the numerous movements utilized in our group classes, teach proper eating habits, and explain how to perform maintenance on your body.

These private sessions will be completed with your personal coach. You will become familiar with a wide variety of movements including olympic weightlifting, rowing, gymnastics, and kettle bells and it will serve 3 purposes:

It will give you individual attention with movements that are technical and require time and practice. We are not going to through you into a class performing barbell snatches and handstand push-ups on your first day. We want to give you the confidence and tools to excel with all of the movements.

It’s all about you! When you are first starting out, it is important that we learn if you have any limitations, weaknesses, or injuries. With personal training you can move at your own pace and set the table for long term success.

We are community. During the personal training sessions we will have the opportunity to get to know YOU. Your goals, your ambitions, your obstacles and challenges. This will allow us to better serve you and help you achieve your mission.

Once you have demonstrated competency in the functional movements and you have met our graduate benchmarks, you then may move on to our group classes.

In our group classes the focus will be on training to the margins and increasing your work capacity. The pace will be fast but you will be prepared after completing your Foundations Program. In your class you will be surrounded by other like minded individuals that are seeking the most effective training in the world. Our coaches are world class and they will lead you to a level of fitness greater than you can imagine!

Our Program is a hybrid model of Group Classes and Personal Training. As you progress, your goals will change and other challenges will arise. The membership you choose will determine how frequently you continue to meet with your personal coach. Your Coach will help you to continue navigating the waters.

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that started with military officers, police officers and firefighters where true fitness was essential for survival. It quickly transcended into the primary workout program for martial artists and elite athletes worldwide. The undeniable results achieved via CrossFit have created widespread growth beyond this population to the “average” consumer.

The program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. It’s specialty is not specializing. Military, police, sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. The program can be used for elderly individuals with heart disease to professional athletes preparing for their season. In CrossFit, load and intensity are scaled to meet the demands of the individual; not the program. In a sentence, CrossFit is for everyone!
