The "Four Weeks to Fitness" program is for those committed to attending class regularly (at least 3 times a week), dialing in their nutrition, and working hard. If you need help achieving your fitness goals and are looking for a program that will deliver meaningful results, this program is for you.
This is also a great trial program for anyone looking to see if CrossFit Boston is a good fit. You will have access to unlimited classes (at a big discount) for your first month while you decide if the program is right for you.
NO prior experience is required to participate, and ALL fitness levels are WELCOME!
