Bootcamp Workout
Every 2:00 x 5 rounds
40 double-unders
15 wall-ball shots
Hold a wall-sit for the remainder of the 2-minutes
Then,
Every 2:00 x 5 rounds
30 Russian twists with med-ball
20 alternating single-leg v-ups
Hold a plank for the remainder of the 2-minutes
