CrossFit Workout

"Marathon Monday"

For Time w/Partner:

262 double unders

4 rounds

800m run

30 synchro DB snatches, 35/50#

15 synchro toes to bar

262 double unders


*split double under as desired - accumulate reps between partners. 800m run will be split by two 400m relay efforts, one per partner. Synchro reps will be done together.
