800/1,000-m C2 bike
– Rest 2:00 between rounds.
Bootcamp Workout
Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
10 med-ball Russian twists
10 med-ball deadlifts
10 wall-ball shots
Rest 1 minute.
Max calories in 3 minutes of:
Ski/Bike/Shuttle sprint, 20-m
Rest 1 minute.
Repeat for a total of 3 cycles
