How do I book a free trial at CrossFit Boston?
Simply select your location and schedule a class online. Show up, and we’ll guide you from there.
What should I bring for my first class?
Comfortable workout clothes, water, and a readiness to move—you’ll get the rest on arrival.
Do I need to be in shape to start?
Not at all! Our beginners are welcomed with open arms and every session is scaled for you.
What happens after my first session?
Your coach will review your experience, answer any questions, and help you create a plan for ongoing success.
