What Is Nutrition Coaching?

At CrossFit Boston, our goal is to address each athletes specific needs in such a way that what they choose to eat on a daily basis feels more like a lifestyle rather than a “diet”. With both life and fitness constantly throwing new hurdles our way, athletes need a program that is designed to help them combat each one. Our program is meant to educate, guide, and support athletes as they navigate their fitness journey.

No matter what your goal is, we are here to help! This is not a one-size fits all model, and focuses more on practical application of the latest scientific finds to ensure long term health and a plan that works best for you.
